"Opportunity in Living" (OIL) strictly adheres to the conditions and procedures of HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) requirements in the sale of our homes. Below are the OIL ADDENDUM forms that are needed to complete the file for each Buyer (click on the image to enable your printer). OIL Addendums must be included in all Contracts and must be returned at the time of the offer.
