“Opportunity in Living” (OIL) is a HUD-approved non-profit organization now participating in HUD’s direct sales program in the Metro Denver and surrounding areas. We purchase homes at a discount rate and this allows us to pass the savings along to low and moderate income buyers. We would be happy to assist you with the purchase of your home. We hope that this is the right home for you. As a participant of our Program, there are certain criteria that you will have to meet.
In most cases OIL homes include:
· Single Family houses, condos, or townhomes,
· Homes built from 1960-2007,
· Homes ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms,
· New Paint (interior and in many cases exterior),
· New Carpeting,
· HVAC Certification,
· New Kitchen Appliances (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Range & Microwave)
